hahaha, cricket. I don't have problems very often, but when I did there wasn't anyone who spoke enough english to help me.
Prior to that I'd been through verizon and sprint, both of which lead to unbelievably inflated bills for mysterious charges. Was once told that I had over a hundred dollars in internet fees for my phone, when I didn't even have internet service on my phone at all.
I'm pretty convinced at this point that there is no such thing as a fully competent wireless company.
